Carlos Le Cuistot
Your chief carl, I am known under the diminutive ‘Carlos’. Having grow up in a multicultural family, I was able to harvest among the different cultures that I met a quite diverse know-how in gastronomy and restoration. I created various projects in Belgium, Germany and Cyprus with success and was also the personal chef of a Belgian ministre.
During my long gastronomic journey, I have always loved to savor new cuisines of diverse culture with my friends. I have been in turkey for more than 10 years now. I continue to practice my profession as a private chef, adding ‘Le Cuistot Studio’ my restaurant with quality dishes and ‘Le Catering’ project, catering service for all kind of events.
