Your chief carl, I am known under the diminutive ‘Carlos’. Having grow up in a multicultural family, I was able to harvest among the different cultures that I met a quite diverse know-how in gastronomy and restoration. I created various projects in Belgium, Germany and Cyprus with success and was also the personal chef of a Belgian ministre.
During my long gastronomic journey, I have always loved to savor new cuisines of diverse culture with my friends. I have been in turkey for more than 10 years now. I continue to practice my profession as a private chef, adding ‘Le Cuistot Studio’ my restaurant with quality dishes and ‘Le Catering’ project, catering service for all kind of events.
During his journey through different regions of the world our chief Carlos founder of the brand Le Cuistot, collected unique gastronomic experiences. Several of his interviews and recipes have been published in various magazines, newspaper and websites.
