As you already know I always strive to improve myself and come up with new ideas which I enjoy sharing with you. This is the reason why I have decided to start this blog in order to keep you updated on our various activities.
During the summer we have been working on new projects and have considerably developed our catering department. We are therefore proud and happy to welcome a new member in our team who will be in charge of the development of our catering activities; Görkem Akdağ will be there to help and assist you for all your party organisations such as meetings, wedding, barbecues with friend, birthday parties, etc… You can contact him directly by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, he will be very happy to assist you. Of course I am still and always there to advise you as well but if we want to grow I have to delegate to someone, and believe me is not easy for me!
Last year Le Custom Studio had created its own product line ‘Bon Carlos’ kicking off with ‘Bon Carlos’ Jam; this year we are proud to add to the line the‘ Bon Carlos’ soup as well as the ‘Bon Carlos’ sauce. .Moreover we have developed and improved our ‘sweet corner’ with many new delicious products.
As part of our autumn additions we are currently improving our menu from Bistro to more of a restaurant style, so we will be glad to present our new dishes and specialties very soon!
Furthermore, we continue to propose our traditional programme with our weekly ‘gourmet night’ every Saturday evening and monthly ‘special interest evening’ with a themed menu from all corners of the world. (8 persons minimum ) .
Lastly, our philosophy has always been to share with our customers so we have two new features: every month we communicate tips and recipes from Le Cuistot to ‘Le Petit Journal Istanbul’ and we provide wall space to local artists for them to exhibit their work in our facilities.
